On May 25, 2016, the government has adopted the draft of a law on the Convention of 19 February 2013 concerning a Unified Patent Court submitted by the Minister of Justice and Consumer Protection. Along with the draft of the law to adapt patent law provisions on the basis of the European patent reform, which was also passed by the Cabinet on May 25, 2016, the conditions for the implementation of the European patent reform shall be created under national law.
